What is floam? Floam are those tiny little balls of some substance that can be put together into new objects, and taken apart and put together again to create something else. It takes extra time to separate the little balls; however it is sometimes necessary! Then… we create more amazing things that fit with our times.
To extend the analogy, WE are each a piece of floam, in a limited universe. WE can come together to create something (e.g. communities and collaborations to solve existing challenges and problems), and separate to create new communities (to solve new challenges and problems).
